Congratulations to Worsley Central School Teacher Julie Ong on being selected as the #DrivingSuccess Staff nominee in March. Ms. Ong is being celebrated for being an invaluable part of the WCS team.
“Ms. Ong [brings] incredible organization, thoughtful planning, and a dedication to teaching essential numeracy skills to all students. She skillfully manages all math and science instruction for Grades 6 to 9, differentiating lessons to meet each student's needs," said WCS Principal Jennifer Daniel of Ms. Ong.
"Recently, she has embraced the vital role of Inclusion Coach, ensuring that all students receive the support they deserve. Beyond the classroom, she leads our student council, coordinates school activities that strengthen our community, and inspires students with hands-on gardening projects. Her high expectations, both academically and behaviorally, shape her students’ success and contribute immensely to our school’s spirit and legacy.”
