Registration for the 2026–2027 School Year is Now Open

Parents must complete the registration form for the upcoming school year.

1. Select New Student Registration for the applicable school year.
2. Sign in to your account — if this is your first time, you will need to create an account.
3. Add student. If you have submitted forms before, you may import relevant information or start from scratch. Click "Continue."
4. Read and validate the introduction and click "Next." Answer the validation questions and click "Next."
5. Complete the form and submit. To register another student, click "Add Another Student."
6. Save and log out.

1. Select Returning Student Registration for the applicable school year.
2. Enter the snapcode provided by your school and verify your information.
3. Sign in to your account (create one if needed).
4. Read and validate the introduction, then click through the validation questions.
5. Complete the form and submit.
6. Save and log out — you will receive finished copies in your email.

A new student is one who has never been enrolled in any PRSD school, or was not enrolled on the last day of the previous school year.

• Mailing address & physical home address
• Supporting documents for any applicable special needs or accommodations
• Any court orders or agreements regarding parenting, custody, access, or contact
• Information about non-life-threatening and life-threatening medical conditions and allergies
• Emergency contact information

If your child attends a Holy Family Catholic Regional School in Manning, Peace River, Grimshaw, or Fairview, or École Quatre Vents in Peace River, please complete the bus registration form:

If your child is attending or planning to attend a PRSD school, bus registration is included in the regular registration process. You do not need to fill out an additional form.

A returning student is one who was enrolled in a PRSD school on the last day of the previous school year. Parents of returning students will receive a snapcode from their school to update and validate their information online.
