October Superintendent's Message: School Bus Safety Matters!

With cooler weather upon us, I want to remind our students who ride the bus to be clever and dress for the weather. Our busses operate most of the time, in all weather conditions. Even if a student is able to wait inside for their bus, they need to dress for the weather in case an accident happens on route to the school or their home. As the temperatures continue to drop, make sure you are checking Bus Planner at www.prsd.mybusplanner.ca for the most up-to-date information on bus delays and cancelations.

Student safety is very important to me and by working together, we can make sure all of our students  arrive to and from school safely, each and every day.

Join our team! Become a bus driver today!

If driving a school bus sounds interesting to you, then we have a place for you on our team.

We are always looking for more bus drivers, both as regular drivers and spare drivers. This rewarding career suits a broad category of people, from stay-at-home parents to grandparents, educational assistants, and so many other people with flexible schedules.

If you, or someone you know, are interested in transporting kids to school safely, please contact our transportation department at 780-624-3006 or fill out the bus driver application form available on the North Peace Commercial Driving Academy website.
