Peace River School Division is inviting proposals for snow removal services for school parking lots and bus lanes in Peace River, Berwyn, Manning, Fairview, Hines Creek, Worsley, Cleardale, and Red Earth Creek, as well as at the Division’s Central Operations facility in Grimshaw.

PRSD is offering a two-year snow removal contract for the 2026–27 and 2027–28 winter seasons.

Please include the following information in your proposal:

• A separate hourly rate for each contract year
• Your expected response time following a snowfall event
• The size and type of equipment that will be used. A blade mounted on a pickup truck will not be considered acceptable equipment
• The communities in which you are proposing to provide snow removal services

Requirements of the contract include but are not limited to:

• Workers Compensation Board coverage
• Commercial liability insurance
• Company safety program
• Submission a monthly snow removal log

Tenders will be accepted until 2 p.m. Thursday, September 17, 2026.

Tenders should be marked: “Snow Removal 2026/2028.”

Tenders will be accepted by mail, dropped off at the PRSD Central Operations Building located at 4702 – 51 Street, Grimshaw or emailed to the contact below.
