Important Parent Survey - Your Voice Matters!
Alberta Education and Peace River School Division invite you to play a vital role in your child's education by completing the Alberta Education survey. Your participation is very important to us - it impacts school and divisional planning which directly affects your child's educational experience. The survey is being sent to parents via Canada Post on March 25, 2021 and closes on April 23, 2021.
When and how do I complete the survey?
The survey information is being sent via Canada Post to parents and includes instructions to complete the survey online, as well as the option to complete a paper copy.
What happens with the survey data?
The survey data is reviewed by school staff, management staff, the Board of Trustees and the Alberta government to see what's working and what we can improve.
Who completes the survey?
The survey is administered to all parents and students in grades 4, 7 and 10 (unless the school has fewer than 120 students in grades 4 - 12 in which case the survey will be expanded to include all students and parents in grades 4 and above). All certificated teachers complete the survey.
When will the results become public?
Survey results are available to school divisions in May 2021
